Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GM Labs, Georg Malahov, Kurt-Schumacher-Str. 32, 97422 Schweinfurt, Email: info@gm-labs.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Pro-Rata Calculation for Credits
Call Copilot operates on a credit-based model. If you consented to immediate commencement of the service and used credits before exercising your withdrawal right, the refund will be reduced proportionally. The refund is calculated as:
Refund = Purchase Price × (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits Purchased)
For example: If you purchased 12,000 credits for €75 and used 3,000 credits before withdrawing, your refund would be €75 × (9,000 ÷ 12,000) = €56.25.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This extends the refund window beyond the 14-day statutory period.
The same pro-rata calculation applies: you will receive a refund for unused credits only. Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.
To request a refund under the money-back guarantee, please contact us at info@gm-labs.de within 30 days of your purchase. The more favourable provision (statutory withdrawal or money-back guarantee) applies in each case.
